Sparkle, Spirit, and Patriotism: Honoring Teresa and Celeste with a Gift That Shines

At the Doctors for America dinner, we witnessed countless moments of unity, strength, and gratitude—but one of the most heartwarming took place quietly, right near the front desk.
Deborah, founder of Make America Sparkle Again, surprised my wife Teresa and our dear friend Celeste—who were holding down the check-in table all evening—with a very special presentation. She gifted each of them a custom-designed, sequin “MAGA” jacket, made with love, faith, and the kind of red-white-and-blue spirit you can feel from across the room.
These jackets aren’t just fabric and thread. They carry a story. A story that starts in Iowa, where Deborah was handpicked by President Trump to serve as a national delegate. A woman of deep conviction and endless energy, Deborah had no intention of creating a fashion line—until her own homemade jackets started turning heads at the Republican National Convention. Journalists noticed. Governors took note. Even the President himself saw what she was doing and gave her a nudge of encouragement.
And just like that, a movement was born—stitched by hand, lit with purpose.
Her jackets have since been worn by conservative icons like Helena Haba and Governor Kristi Noem, and they’ve even made their way into the White House itself. But at our event in Palm Beach, it was two women behind the scenes—Teresa and Celeste—who were honored with these dazzling symbols of patriotism.
And let me tell you: they earned them.
From organizing registration to welcoming every guest with grace, these two helped set the tone for the night. Their jackets now serve as a well-deserved badge of honor—reminding us that patriotism doesn’t just happen on stages. It happens in the work, in the service, and in the hearts of those who show up to support a mission bigger than themselves.
Deborah’s brand may be growing rapidly, now moving from her dining room into a full production facility, but her message remains the same: this is about the future of America—our children, our grandchildren, and the values we’re willing to stand for. Loudly. Proudly. Unapologetically.
If you're ever at one of our events and you see a flash of light from a sequin bomber jacket, stop and say hello. Chances are, you're in the presence of someone who's not just making a statement—but living one.
To Deborah: thank you for your heart, your hustle, and your unwavering love for this country. You didn’t just make jackets that sparkle. You made a moment that will shine for a long time to come.
