š£ļø āChairman Bobā Statement ā On Civic Illiteracy and the Duty of Engagement
In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. Now you know why our children arenāt taught the blessings of living in a Republic.
The hard truth? Our schools teach compliance, not Constitution. Weāve raised a generation to fear hard conversations instead of embracing them.
Marcus Garvey said it best:
āRemove yourself from ignorance and seek intelligence.ā
And Plato warned us plainly:
āIf you do not take interest in government, you are doomed to live under the rule of fools.ā
Well, my friend, weāre living that warning today. Iāll go one step further:
āThe first branch of government should be the people. We are where we are because we failed our obligations.āā Chairman Bob Sutton
When traitors whisper in the halls of power, as Cicero described, silence is surrender. Thatās why I believeādeep in my bonesāthat civic knowledge isnāt optional. Itās armor.
Hereās the deal:Politics can feel overwhelming. But Iād love to talk about it with you.
We were taught to avoid discussing politics, religion, and money. And what did that create? A vacuum of ignorance in all three.
We need to flip the script. Teach our kids to talk aboutĀ these thingsācivilly, thoughtfully, boldly. The wealthy do it. So should we.
š¢ Letās Lead With Truth
Encourage open civic dialogueāat the dinner table, in the classroom, on the campaign trail.
Demand financial literacy, Constitutional understanding, and moral courage in our schools.
Take back the conversation from the whisperers in the gate.
This is our moment. Listen. Believe. Measure. Then take action.
Thank God that we have an American President that is transparent, availble to the press, and a Cheerleader for America First.
